Payment:

• All deposits and payment arrangements are made according to the specific accommodations allowances and policies regarding the payment. 

Cancellation policy

• We follow the cancellation policies of the chosen accommodation, tour operator, activity and airline we have made travel arrangements through for your travels. 

Quotations 

• This is a quotation only. Rates are subject to seasonal adjustments, currency fluctuations, air fare increases, and flight and accommodation availability at the time of booking. Prices are only confirmed once a booking has been made and paid in full. 
• Quotations/bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and may change without any prior notice. 
• ⁠The rate of exchange is subject to change until full payment is received. 

Changes 

• We reserve the right to charge an amendment fee of R150 per change once a booking has been made. 
• Varying penalties will apply in the event of cancellation or amending your reservations once documents have been issued. 

Travel Insurance 

• We strongly recommend that you take out travel Insurance which we can assist you with, we are partnered with TIC who have amazing rates for leisure, corporate and group travel. 

Passports 

• Passports must be valid for 6 months after return to your country of origin. 

Refunds 

• If your air ticket is refundable My Trip PA will apply to the airline on your behalf, but please be advised that the airlines take up to 12 weeks to process refunds 
• Refunds will be based on the operator’s terms and conditions.

Rate of Exchange:

• Due to the Rand’s volatility, we must inform you that should the rand devaluate that we reserve the right to invoice you for the difference. All our quotes are valid for 24 hours however this excludes the devaluation of the rand.
